Refund Terms
I. Visa fees are not refundable.
II. The cancellation of the contract can only be applied within the first 7 days of signing the Enrollment Contract.
III. In the event of a cancellation request, the Institution will undertake an internal review (30 days). The Institution will inform students of any decision either in writing or in person.
IV. All cancellation applications must include a completed Refund Application Form, as well as all receipts and contracts. In the event that the documents are not fully provided, the Institution reserves the right to reject the refund/cancellation application until full documentation is submitted.
V. Students cannot transfer this course to another person or to another course type.
VI. Courses registered under any “Promo” or “Discount” offer are strictly non-refundable.
VII. Students who have attended more than two (2) classes are not eligible for any refund.
